Join us for a week-long celebration of traditional and contemporary music from Asia as we highlight the dynamism and diversity of Asian drumming at the third annual Stanford Pan-Asian Music Festival. This year’s festival brings virtuoso percussionists and innovative composers from China, Japan, Burma, Thailand, Korea, India and the Asian diaspora to the Stanford community.
The program features concerts, collaborations, discussions and demonstrations celebrating the mingling of East and West, the centuries-old and the brand-new.
